    According to this link: http://azstarnet.com/news/local/crime/article_78272a23-fe75-5bee-ba38-f8171cda3fb7.html he was actually an Independent.

    A voter registration is a snap shot in time and with a guy like that the mental stability is likely to change by the minute.

    I found out today that there is another one of these running around the internet that is exactly the same that says Democrat. It is also being said that he was registered as an Independent and didn't vote in Nov. But now I am asking what freaking difference does it make?
